WOW.... I'm sorry Mr. Sheriff man but there is no way you can justify this! Who the hell are you?????? You are not GOD! What gives you the right? If a person is stupid enough to drive while intoxicated, he or she should lose their car and their license. The justification being, you could harm yourself and or other people. However, FORCED blood tests are over the top, and beyond your boundaries period! You have disgraced your badge, and your country! When a person has been drinking, it is self evident. You can smell it on their breathe, they can't completely control there equilibrium, there words are slurred. They go to a holding cell (Detox or the drunk tank) sleep it off and walk their happy ass back home period! This procedure is not only inhumane and unconstitutional, it is sadistic. Your supposed to be protecting people, this is NOT that!!! People make mistakes, even you! This video is absolute proof of that. You have mistakenly taken authority upon yourselves, that you DO NOT possess. May god have mercy on your soul!
